About our villa

(1)     We visit our home twice per year and endeavour to keep it in excellent condition by doing repairs and decoration throughout. We have replaced all flooring downstairs and currently 4 of 6 bedrooms have been renewed.

(2)     Master king bedroom suite with large en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. 2nd King  en-suite, Two Queen bedrooms(one with adjoining bathroom) and two twin themed bedrooms

(3)     Fully fitted granite kitchen diner with large American style fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle

(4)     Separate laundry with washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron

(5)     Cable TV with Blue Stream and Netflix package. DVD player in master and second bedroom

(6)     Large screen LCD TV in family room

(7)     South facing heated pool and spa (heating at additional charge please see below). The WHOLE pool and pool deck area receive sunshine from about 10 am until sunset. Flagstone villa backs onto Mystic Dunes golf course. Please note that our pool deck area does not back directly onto any other properties. This will provide you with privacy to the pool deck area as well as the bedrooms on the back of the villa. Rattan pool furniture. Safety fence across pool. 

(8)     Games room with slate pool table, foosball, five tennis rackets, three sets of golf clubs (third set female clubs)

(9)     Computer with superfast unlimited internet access including plum wireless internet throughout the property

(11)   All linen and bathroom towels included

(12)   Optional extras (at additional charge ) include international calling, pool/spa heating, gas BBQ ($70 pw supplied with a full tank of gas)

(13)   800 metres from the clubhouse (water park, games room and gym all free for guests to use)

(14)   Baby equipment includes pack’n’play, high chair and single stroller.
