Prices quoted are in US$.

Payments can be made in US$ or GB£ or CAD$.

Price excludes all Florida tax at 13.5%.

Deposit 10%. Flexible payment options (monthly or instalments). Full balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit hold $500 / £300 due 1 week prior to arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure.

Pool / Spa heating              $25.00 / day  (Recommended Oct - April). Spa will not work without pool / spa heating   

(1) Pool /spa heating can be added just prior to arrival but we require 72 hrs notice.

(2) Can be turned on after arrival but management company will charge a $35 call out charge to turn on pool heat and pool takes 24 hours to heat up 

(3) Pool / spa heating works through a heat exchange heater so it extracts heat from the surrounding air and puts it into the pool water. This is the same for the majority of pool heaters in Florida. If its too cold ie below 60F, the pool heater will not turn on at all and will NOT heat up the pool or spa. Between 60 - 70F, the pool may warm up a bit but the heater will struggle to bring the pool up to temperature; however the spa should come up to temperature as it is a smaller body of water but it can take more than 40 - 50 mins for this to happen and sometimes even longer.

(4) To maintain the pool temperature, the pool blanket needs to be kept on top of the pool when it is not being used.

(5) Care must be taken when putting on or taking off the pool blanket. This is a two person process and children should never be allowed to do this.
